Customer satisfaction and high quality service delivery are key to our business.

To ensure that our quality commitment remains true, Harriet Gladys Associates has developed, implements and continually improves on its SAQA & SETA aligned Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the different units of the business. This QMS is based on the international best practice standard, IS 9001:2015, and consists of policies and procedures which guide how we implement training programmes and conduct our business.

Our Quality Assurance training model for accredited training courses commences with the roll-out of training workshops facilitated by subject matter experts, followed by assessment of learner portfolios by SETA registered assessors and finally, moderation of the whole training project by our competent SETA registered moderators.
